The unique Quiet Site atmosphere can be enjoyed on a more permanent basis. We have 23 fully serviced, privately owned holiday homes, each providing a comfortable retreat in the heart of the Lake District National Park which owners can return to as often and as spontaneously as they like. Our static holiday homes boast beautiful views and immaculately maintained surroundings.
Free WiFi is available in the shop and bar area of the site.
The Holiday Homes are available for use between 1st March and 14th November.
There is an abundance of wildlife in the area; buzzards, badgers, deer and red squirrels are common place! Owners are guaranteed 10 seasons occupancy when they purchase a static here at The Quiet Site.
The pitch fee and rates for 2008 are £2151. Insurance is typically charged at around £13.00 per £1,000.00 inc 5% insurance premium tax. Electricity is inclusive. Gas bottle exchange and delivery is available on-site.
The Quiet Site is a member of the The British Holiday Homes and Parks Association (BH&HPA) which regulates and monitors the quality of parks across the country.
